facts related to the provision of services, e.g. when a state authority requests it) \u2013 for this purpose, personal data are processed such as:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">name and surname or company name,<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">address
